Cygnet Health Care offers a range of neuropsychiatric rehabilitation, treatment and care facilities in the UK, supporting adults affected by acquired brain injuries and neurodegenerative conditions.
Our rehabilitation pathway allows us to define step-by-step objectives that cover all areas of an individual’s psychological, behavioural and physical rehabilitation.
Our model of care supports an evolving rehabilitative pathway through admission and assessment, stabilisation and rehabilitation, consolidation and optimisation and finally providing a supportive transition through to discharge.
Our dedicated clinical teams provide interdisciplinary input including nursing, occupational therapy, Neuropsychiatry, Neuropsychology, physiotherapy, and speech and language therapy.
