With over 30 years’ experience, ILS Case Management is a leading specialist in working with children, young people and adults living with complex disability following brain or spinal injury.

Our Case Managers

We provide bespoke, person-centred support that adapts to each client’s evolving needs, not just in the early stages following a catastrophic injury, but in the long term.

With a variety of clinical backgrounds including Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Social Work, our case managers bring specialist expertise in areas such as acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, polytrauma and multiple orthopaedic injuries.

All are registered with BABICM, with many holding Advanced Registered Practitioner status. Committed to holistic, collaborative case management, they work closely with clients, families and professionals to help rebuild lives and realise future hopes and ambitions.

Client HR & Payroll Service

Our Client HR and Payroll teams bring over 40 years of combined experience and a deep understanding of the unique challenges involved in managing care teams.

While clients are the legal employers of their Support Workers, they rely on our expert CIPD qualified HR Advisors to help navigate day-to-day responsibilities with confidence and compliance.

We support over 100 clients and almost 400 care staff, offering tailored HR services including recruitment, onboarding, probation support, performance management, family-friendly processes, and advice on termination or redundancy.

Our Payroll team ensures seamless integration, managing pensions, sick pay, holiday entitlement, and direct payments to HMRC or staff — all in line with current regulations, including the Good Work Plan.
