NCMK was originally founded in 2010 and in 2012 had already become one of the largest limited Case Management companies throughout England and Wales providing brain and spinal injury rehabilitation for both Adults and Children.
12 years after our launch we remain proud to be a family run organisation focused on maintaining high values within the Industry. Always placing the needs of the Client front and centre.

Case Management
By utilising our in-house panel we are able to assess both paediatric and adults, matching the most suitable Team Member with the Clients overall needs throughout England/Wales.
Mental Capacity Act Assessments
NCMUK is instructed on a daily basis to undertake Mental Capacity Assessments for a variety of decision specific reasons, a few examples as below:

- Making a Will and or Probate
- Accommodation
- Financial Management
- Court of Protection 3 (COP3)

Our Team undertakes Welfare Benefit Applications and Reviews regularly including reconsiderations.
