We are a team of clinical case managers each with over 15 years' experience on average. We cover Lands End to Bristol, and Weymouth to Padstow, with everything in between. Based in Devon, we boast a vast network of dedicated hand-selected case managers throughout the South and South West of England.

We’re clinical case management experts in catastrophic injuries such as brain injury, birth injury, spinal cord injury, orthopaedic injury and amputations.
For the last five years, StanleySmith Case Management has been helping adults, young people and children with these difficulties by providing unique services ranging from long term clinical case management and immediate needs assessment, through to crisis clinical case management, goal planning clinical case management and discharge planning clinical case management.
