Our mission is to provide the highest possible quality of care and support through person-centred care plans and professional liaison.

The Brain Injury Service at SweetTree is commissioned by more than 50% of London-based local authorities, NHS bodies, insurance companies and private case managers.

Our specialist service credits this success to the professional and dedicated SweetTree support workers, who are skilled in rehabilitation and have a distinct “can do” attitude.

Support Provision

We provide specialist support for varying needs, from standard psychological and emotional needs to complex rehabilitation guidelines and goals. Some of the services we provide are related but not limited to, the following:

• Clinically led support and guidance
• Trauma-informed care
• Positive behaviour support plans
• Active neuro rehabilitation strategies
• Highly specialist equipment needs (e.g. PEG, stoma, oxygen, etc.)

Our support team are handpicked based on each person's care needs. A dedicated team (comprising a manager, coordinator, quality auditors and support workers) is available for every client. 

Key Partner

Our dedicated support managers bring extensive qualifications in brain injury and neurological science. They work closely with health professionals, case managers, and clinicians to ensure a holistic and comprehensive approach to support management.

Comprehensive Service

Our staff are fully employed, insured, and managed directly by us for optimal delivery of support. In the event of an emergency, a senior member of the team is contactable 24 hours a day, 365 days  a year.

SweetTree’s dedicated, award-winning team is formed by more than 200 support workers, managers, clinicians, and specialists providing community care for people who have sustained a brain injury or a long-term neurological condition.
